COMUNICADO – OPERACIÓN TEMPORAL PARA AEROPUERTO INTERNACIONAL DE PALMEROLA

Estimado Cliente, por este medio informamos que ante el reciente comunicado del traslado de las operaciones de las aerolíneas del Aeropuerto Internacional Toncontín (TGU, ahora TGY) al Aeropuerto Internacional de Palmerola (XPL), en su mayoría a partir del 15-18 de Diciembre, 2021, debido al reciente aviso y que el aeropuerto aún no cuenta con las instalaciones disponibles para las empresas de alquiler de vehículos, las siguientes opciones se encuentran disponibles para poder efectuar la renta de su vehículo con XPLORE RENT A  CAR desde el Aeropuerto Internacional  de Palmerola (XPL):

  1. SERVICIO GRATUITO DE PALMEROLA CONNECT PARA TRASLADO A AEROPUERTO TONCONTÍN.

El Aeropuerto Internacional de Palmerola ha comunicado que estará proveyendo de manera gratuita transporte desde el Aeropuerto Internacional de Palmerola hacia el Aeropuerto Internacional de Toncontín y viceversa a través de su servicio de Palmerola Connect. Sugerimos seguir las redes sociales de Facebook e Instagram de Palmerola International Airport para conocer las actualizaciones y disponibilidad de horarios (actualmente actualizados a diario), aclarando que este es un servicio tercero y su disponibilidad no depende de nuestra empresa.

  1. SERVICIO COMPARTIDO Y PRIVADO DE TRANSPORTE DE XPLORE RENT A CAR.

Como Xplore Rent a Car, estamos trabajando para poder proveer a partir del día 20 de Diciembre, 2021, el servicio de transporte compartido y privado el cual pueda garantizar a nuestros clientes un transporte de calidad desde el Aeropuerto Internacional de Palmerola hacia la ciudad de Tegucigalpa y viceversa. Sugerimos seguir las redes sociales de Facebook e Instagram de Xplore Rent a Car para conocer las actualizaciones y disponibilidad de horarios para este servicio, así como visitar nuestra página web xplorerentacar.com a través de la cual se podrá reservar el mismo.

  1. SERVICIO DE DELIVERY Y PICK-UP EN AEROPUERTO INTERNACIONAL DE PALMEROLA (XPL)

En caso de requerir la entrega de su vehículo en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Palmerola (XPL), como Xplore Rent a Car estaremos proveyendo el servicio de Delivery (Entrega) y Pick Up (Recogida) bajo un costo adicional de $60.00 adicionales para cada servicio; el mismo estará sujeto a disponibilidad y confirmación de nuestra parte, precios están sujetos a cambio. Para poder proveer el mismo, lo siguiente es requerido:

Proveer licencia de conducir y pasaporte para elaboración anticipada de contrato, proveer tarjeta de crédito para elaboración de check-in por $1,500, realizar pago anticipado de servicio de Delivery (Entrega) y/o total de alquiler mediante botón de pago.

En caso de tener una reserva existente al Aeropuerto Internacional de Toncontín o querer realizar una nueva reserva para el mismo, solicitamos favor comunicar a nuestro correo info@xplorerentacar.com, a través del formulario de contacto de nuestra página web xplorerentacar.com o a través de uno de nuestros agentes de rentas la opción elegida si su vuelo es con llegada al Aeropuerto Internacional de Palmerola para garantizar la disponibilidad del vehículo reservado ya sea en nuestra agencia TGU o bien en al momento de la llegada.

CUSTOMER RELEASE – TEMPORAL OPERATION FOR PALMEROLA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Dear Customer, by this means we inform that due to the recent release of the operation transfer of the airlines from Toncontin International Airport (former TGU, now TGY) to Palmerola International Airport (XPL), most of them starting on 15-18 December, 2021, and due to the short notice and that the airport still does not count with available offices for car rental companies, the following options are available to be able to rent a vehicle with XPLORE RENT A CAR from Palmerola International Airport (XPL):

  1. PALMEROLA CONNECT FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO TONCONTÍN AIRPORT.

Palmerola International Airport has communicated it will be providing free shuttle service from Palmerola International Airport to Toncontin International Airport and viceversa through Palmerola Connect Service. We suggest to follow Palmerola’s International Airport Facebook and Instagram accounts to know itinerary updates and availability (currently, daily updated), clarifying this is a third party service and its availability is not subject to our company.

  1. XPLORE RENT A CAR PRIVATE AND SHARED SHUTLLE SERVICE.

As Xplore Rent a Car, we are working to provide starting December 20th, 2021, private and shared shuttle service to ensure our customers a quality service from Palmerola International Airport to Tegucigalpa and viceversa. We suggest to follow Xplore Rent a Car’s Facebook and Instagram account to know updated and service hours availability for this service, as well, to visit our web page xplorerentacar.com from which service will be able to booked.

  1. DELIVERY AND PICK-UP SERVICE AT PALMEROLA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (XPL)

In case vehicle delivery service is required at Palmerola International Airport (XPL), as Xplore Rent a Car, we will be providing Car Delivery and Pick-Up Service under an additional cost of $60.00 per way; service will be subject to availability and confirmation, price are subject to change. The following is required to for this service:

Driver’s license and passport for anticipated rental agreement issuance, credit card for check-in ($1,500 as payment guarantee), anticipated payment of Delivery Service and/or total of rental through payment button.

In case of having an existing reservation to Toncontin International Airport or requiring to book a reservation, we request you to please communicate your selected option to info@xplorerentacar.com, send a contact form through our web page xplorerentacar.com or contact one of our rental agents if your flight is arriving to Palmerola International Airport to ensure reserved vehicle availability at ou TGU car rental agency or at arrival time.
